“The worst customer service ever, we walked in, and the first thing she asks for, it’s what are we gonna buy? So rude!”

“By far the worst customer service. I went in to exchange the dress that I have not tried on outside the store and the supervisor was being very rude and trying to look for any defect, accusing me of having washed it when I have not taken it out the bag. Then she blames me for wanting to return the dress because the worker who sold it to me would be charged. Another worker named Erica also made a disrespectful comment towards me when I have not said a single thing to her. I asked for the names of the workers who would involved and they all refused. This store is filled with immature, unprofessional people. I would definitely not recommend you shop here!!”

“This place is trash and so is the employees. This is Paula. Everybody say hi to Paula. She thought it was a good idea to scream at my pregnant sister because we wanted to exchange a dress for another size. When I heard this women screaming at my sister I obviously got into the conversation to try to mediate because this lady clearly has issues. I’m not sure why she’s allowed to have children or be around children. We were with a child as well and she was threatening us, trying to fight us AS SHE WAS AN EMPLOYEE AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Now in hindsight, If I was middle aged still working at a retail store.. I’d be miserable too Paula.”

“I had a bad incident in this store , I picked up an item and it was priced $11 , when I paid for it , the cashier ring me for $18 , however I notice the price difference, and I went back to confront her with the price discrepancy, she started yelling at me and went on saying that they don’t do return and I have to take the item and that the label is wrong , I try to reason with her that I only buy it because it is $11 , I got the worst customer service , they started talking Spanish among each other which is rude, then refunded me cash and were rude about it , it was the worst experience I have ever had in my life, I am not confrontational, but the cashier was really aggressive, not advising this store at all”
